The 2024 Meet Taipei Startup Festival is themed “Taiwan +1,” aiming to strengthen Taiwan’s soft power in AI, deep tech, and international development. Through three dimensions, we will explore how Taiwan’s startup ecosystem can “+1” on these key elements, continuing to invest resources to nurture and grow the startup forest.

Step1

Create Meet Online Account

  • Register an account and complete the profile to become an advanced member.
  • If you have already registered as a member, please log in directly.
Step2

Create Company Profile

  • Fill out your company profile and apply as admin.
  • The admin application requires pending review, please await the mail notification. (approximately 3 days)
  • If you already have a company profile and want to participate in the exhibition with this company, please go to your company page directly.
Step3

Exhibitor Registration

  • After successfully becoming a company page admin, click 'Edit' to apply for the exhibition.
  • Registration is subject to approval, approved exhibitors will receive a mail.
  • If you apply for a extended booth, you will also receive a payment notification.
  • Please submit the required information within the specified deadlineto ensure completion of registration.

  • Booths are provided in a fixed format and cannot be customized. Please prepare your own equipment for display, such as computers and promotional materials. For customization requests, please contact us by email for further discussion and arrangements.

  • Backwall and other printed materials for booths will be produced by the organizers. Participating teams only need to provide the necessary files.

  • The organizers reserve the right for final decision regarding exhibition booths and may make changes to the venue and event schedule.

  • Each company can only have one booth exhibited at the expo. Multiple booth registrations are not allowed.

  • For local startup companies, there is a designated area available. Applicants must comply with the fee standards for the area in order to use it.

  • Exhibition-related information will primarily be communicated to the contact person listed on the registration form. In case of any changes, please notify the conference organizers promptly by email at meettaipei@bnext.com.tw
