New Taipei City Youth: Tech × Social × Art
The New Taipei City Youth Department serves young people aged 18 to 40 with a core mission to support youth development and empowerment. Focusing on three primary areas—Technology, Social Engagement, and Art—the department provides them with comprehensive support in entrepreneurship, career development, and public advocacy. The initiative aims to empower young people to realize their potential, give back to society, and contribute to the city’s economic growth.
In line with its entrepreneurial focus, New Taipei City has established three major tech-focused startup hubs, which guide young entrepreneurs in transforming their creative ideas into action, accelerating market validation, facilitating business collaborations, and securing vital funding.

NTPC Digibase
Located within the Baogao Smart Industrial Park in Xindian, it focuses on information services, cloud technology, and cross-disciplinary AIoT, providing a dynamic platform for interaction and resource integration across various smart technology sectors.
