Hsinchu County's Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship policy advances on three parallel tracks—startup incubation, social innovation, and AIoT acceleration—to build a robust ecosystem. The Hsinchu Social Innovation Hub and Hsinchu Youth Startup Hub serve as entrepreneurial bases, offering residency and co-creation programs centered on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and integrating shared workspaces, expert mentoring, curated course series, and fundraising/investment matchmaking—providing the ideal launchpads for young founders moving from 0 to 1. The Hsinchu AIoT Accelerator convenes seven leading enterprises as startup mentors to catalyze technology partnerships, real-world testbed validation, and channel expansion, rapidly aligning with industry needs and improving commercialization efficiency. Together, these three strategies connect the Hsinchu Science Park with local industries, building an end-to-end support chain—from launch and acceleration to broader impact—empowering young innovators to realize their ambitions and scale.
